This was delicious and simple to make, and I’m all about Simple!
The amount of vegetables is really up to you. Even the vegetables you choose. In this dish the vegetables included are:
Jalapeno’s, Yellow Squash, Zucchini Squash, Mushrooms, and Onions.
I am not a fan of mushrooms at all, and the only reason this has any spice is because of the Jalapeno’s so if you would like to try this without the spicy ingredient that is perfectly fine!
Oyster Sauce and Soy Sauce
Cut all of your vegetables up really good all about 1 inch quarters etc. Slice your onions up too. Heat up a little bit of oil in a frying pan, add all of your vegetables. Add your Oyster and Soy sauce all to taste. Eat this with a side of Rice.
